Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TicketDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Description of Service
TicketDesk is software for managing ticket resale operations, including events, inventory, purchases, sales, payouts, documents, reporting and related workflows. It is an operational management tool and does not itself operate as a ticket marketplace.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for using only accounts and workspaces they are authorized to access, safeguarding their credentials, and promptly addressing suspected unauthorized access. Workspace roles may limit the actions available to each user.
Connected Third-Party Services
TicketDesk may integrate with services that a user chooses to authorize, including supported Google services. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies and availability. An integration does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the third party.
User Data and Records
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of operational information they enter, upload or import. Users must have the necessary authority to process personal information and documents added to TicketDesk.
Automation
Automation features assist with identifying and structuring information. Results may be incomplete or require correction, and human review may be required. Users remain responsible for confirming records and operational actions before relying on them.
Availability and Changes
TicketDesk may be maintained, updated or changed as the product evolves. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
The TicketDesk application, interface, software, branding and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.
Third-Party Platforms
References or connections to marketplaces, ticketing providers, email services or storage platforms do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement. TicketDesk does not control third-party platform decisions, policies or service availability.
Disclaimers
TicketDesk is an operational management tool. It does not guarantee ticket validity, marketplace acceptance, completion of a sale, receipt or timing of a payout, profitability, or that an event will occur as scheduled. Users should verify information relevant to their decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of TicketDesk is limited according to the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension or Termination
Access may be restricted or ended where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material violations of these Terms, security risks, abuse or protection of the service and its users. This provision does not promise a particular automated suspension mechanism.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, operational requirements or applicable obligations change. The published “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
Governing Law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. A specific governing jurisdiction has not yet been designated and should be confirmed before commercial public launch.
